From inventory to borrowing capacity.
Inventory lives in the ERP; eligibility, haircut and advance rate belong to the institution; third-party custody is an actor, not a checkbox. Every figure on screen can be explained line by line.
Inventory visibility
Items, warehouses, lots, movements, counts and reservations kept in the ERP. A lot's balance is derived from the movement journal — never keyed in directly, so never silently adjusted.
Stock eligibility
A versioned policy, defined by the institution, states what enters the base: count freshness, approved warehouse, sale reservation, required third-party custody. Every exclusion carries its reason, readable in the report.
Collateralisation
A mobilised lot becomes an asset of the existing Collateral register — same security interests, same evidence, same journal as every other asset class. A lot already pledged cannot be pledged twice.
Borrowing base
Retained value, haircut, advance rate, concentration limit: the waterfall reads on screen and every snapshot is versioned — recalculating writes a new line, never over the old one. A drawdown does not exceed the available base.
Third-party custody
The custodian is a full actor: designated by deed, it confirms receipt, inspects, and only executes a stock release upon the beneficiary's authorisation. Every act leaves its evidence in the custody journal.
Financial institution monitoring
Open borrowing-base deficiencies with cure deadlines, adversarial inspections, alerts carried by the production scheduler. A discrepancy observed in the field stays visible — it never adjusts itself.
What we do not claim
No real-time physical verification: the reality of a stock is established by dated inspections, whose report is the evidence. No automatic registration: formalities follow the versioned legal reference system, and what remains manual is stated as manual. And no financing is promised — the decision belongs to the institution, file by file.
